Conservatories
A well designed conservatory from The Conservatory Centre can be a welcome additon to your living space. It can increase the amount of light, increase views and create a warm relaxing environment.
Design can be from a standalone gazebo style conservatory to a renovation style extention of your home. Below are the different types of conservatory styles.
Pitch Roof Conservatory
This is a popular format and is often chosen to match the gable ends of a house. These can be made from Glass or thermoroof.
Lean-to Conservatory
This is when one of the sides of the conservatory is attached to the house. This extends the living area of the house to give the home owner more space and is usually more cost effective than a standalone conservatory as less glass and joinery is required to build the conservatory.
Freestanding / Standalone Conservatory
On larger properties homeowners may which to have a peaceful area away from the house, perhaps overlooking the garden. This option is great for a reading room, office, garden conservatory, sunroom, pool conservatory.
Gazebo Style Conservatory
These can be built into corners or out from a wall with or without a pitch roof sides and gazebo end.
Glass Types
Where solid roof panels are not desirable there are some reflective glasses that can reduce the heat, light and ultraviolet entry. Depending on the glass type, reflective glass can reduce visible light by 80%, heat by 65% and UV by 95%.
Subwall Conservatory
The Conservatory Centre can build the conservatory into your home so that it gives the benefits of more room and heat in the winter without the look of a traditional conservatory. This is very popular and a good example can be seen at our showroom.
The Conservatory Centre can design and build conservatories for residential and commercial including, resturants, retail, town centres, malls, bars, swimming and spa pools, lunch rooms and more.
